The current conflict between Russia and Ukraine, as I mentioned previously, is going to unleash a series of economic consequences at a global level from which Latin America, and especially Peru, are not going to be spared.

In the Peruvian case, several analysts consider that the export of kion (ginger) would be affected by the war events in Eastern Europe.

According to the numbers handled by the Center for Research on Global Economy and Business of the Association of Exporters, Peru is the world's third largest exporter of this product, competing with powers such as China and the Netherlands.

US microchip powerhouse Nvidia hit by cyber attack

Graphics firm Nvidia has been “completely compromised” by a potential cyber attack, it’s been claimed.

That’s according to  The Telegraph (paywalled), which claims that America’s biggest microchip company has seen parts of its business taken offline for two days.

According to the report, what’s believed to be a malicious network intrusion has “completely compromised” Nvidia’s internal systems including email and developer tools, which have been suffering from outages since the middle of the week.

'Ukrainian Red Cross: "This War Of Mine' Studio to Donate Profits From The Game

 

Polish company 11 bit Studios has announced that over the next seven days it will be donating all profits from its anti-war survival game This War of Mine to the Ukrainian Red Cross.

For the next week, "all profits from This War of Mine, all its DLCs, on all stores and all platforms will go to a special fund. A week from now, this money will be donated to the Ukrainian Red Cross to directly support victims of war in Ukraine."

In fact, since the last two years I am strongly motivated by topics like theology, philosophy and biblical archaeology. Let´s remember that when I was a kid I was strongly interested in study archaeology in the Middle East...

The main idea behind the book «Start with Why» by Simon Sinnek, is the premise that to start a good story we have to start with the “why” of the main character, that means his motivations or triggers will unfold events in a fluid and articulated way.

Certainly when we watch a movie or read a book, the first thing that interests us is to know the moral motivations of the main characters.

As long as these motivations have to do with moral conflicts, the more interesting the plot and the characters involved become.
